Dr. Yesenia Castillo

Dr. Castillo is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in Texas, New Mexico, and Alabama, along with being PSYPACT credentialed to practice in an additional 27 states. She received her Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Forensic Psychology from Azusa Pacific University in Azusa, California.

Dr. Castillo has several years of experience of providing individual and group therapy, as well as conducting psychological evaluations across all age groups in community counseling centers, school districts, private practices, a forensic state hospital, an acute psychiatric facility, and federal prisons. Dr. Castillo has conducted numerous psychological evaluations, to include pre-employment screenings to law enforcement and other public safety-sensitive organizations, competency, bariatric surgery, spinal cord stimulator surgery, Veteran disability exams, independent medical exams, and cognitive and intellectual functioning evaluations.

Dr. Castillo is excited and eager to support individuals, who are helping others grow their family, as well as parents or prospective parents who want to expand their own family. She was drawn to working for Thallo Health, as she wanted to support the accessibility of psychological services for those looking to build a family. She has been an essential member of the team since November 2022.

She has continued her professional growth in the field of infertility through research and involvement as a professional member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine, ASRM Mental Health Professional Group, and the Society for Ethics in Egg Donation and Surrogacy.
